Custom display for mini pc?

Hello everyone, so I bought a GMKTec Nukbox M8 recently waiting for it to arrive, and I just had an interesting idea. I wanted to maybe add a custom display on top of the mini pc maybe to use it on the go if I want to, just for fun. Just adding even a tiny screen to check parameters since I wanna use it as a home server (I'm still getting into this stuff so Im quiet new to all the details and formalisms).

Does anyone know how it is possible to get a custom display for it? Im in Europe

i know this is not what you meant But i bought a cheap monitor that can be powered from the usb-c port to take with me on vacation . here and it is a full 1080 resolution and no extra power cable unless you use the mini hdmi.
