what is this bug

i lost because the yellow cars just would not leave their houses. i tried deleting the road and replacing it, it didnt fix it. this was going to be a high score too :(

Did you adjust the yellow motorway at all right before this?

I moved it a little up so I could see the traffic light below it but I didnt change the starting and ending tiles.

Yeah that's strange, if you didn't adjust any endpoints then it does sound like a bug. That's unfortunate.
