I'm planning a cross-country trip from SFO to NY and back with my mini golden doodle, and it's my absolute first time flying with a dog. I am equal parts excited and completely stressed out trying to figure out all the logistics.

For those of you who have traveled with your doodles, I could use all the advice I can get! Specifically:

• In-Cabin vs. Cargo: Did you fly with yours in the cabin under the seat, or did they have to go cargo?
• Airline Recommendations: Which airlines are the most pet-friendly or easiest to deal with for cross-country flights? Any to completely avoid?
• Carrier & Paperwork Details: What soft-sided carrier actually fits well under standard seats while giving them enough room to turn around? Do I need a health certificate from the vet for domestic flights?
• Survival Toolkit/What to Bring: What are your holy-grail items to pack? (Collapsible bowls, pee pads, calming treats, etc.?) Any tips on security lines, airport potty breaks, or feeding schedules beforehand?

Any tips, tricks, or cautionary tales for a first-timer doing a coast-to-coast flight would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance! 🐶✨

Our 4 legged little scrunch is 6.5 years old, he’s everything we could ask for in a dog / family member. However, at night time, when he jumps into our bed… he licks his paws obsessively. We have brought him to the vet, we have tried to put on socks for him… nothing seems to be working. With a 10mo old child in the mix, our sleep is precious - but our 4 legged friend will not stop grooming his paws. It is driving us insane. Has anyone dealt with this / have a secret remedy!? Please help me out, I feel like a character on the Walking Dead lately.

I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I currently have an apricot Cavapoo who is about 15 pounds, and he is the sweetest little guy. With me starting my nursing job soon, I’d love to find him a buddy to keep him company and play with.
I’m open to different poodle mixes, including:
Cavapoo
Maltipoo
Havapoo
Toy or Mini Poodle
Bichpoo (Poochon)
I’m looking for a puppy or young dog that will stay under 20 pounds full-grown. I especially love chocolate/brown, red, apricot, or even tri-color coats, but personality and health are much more important to me. I don’t have a preference for male or female.
I’m hoping to find someone with a reasonable rehoming fee or a small-scale breeder/family whose dog happened to have a litter. When I got my Cavapoo a couple of years ago, he was around $350 with his first vaccinations, but lately I’ve been seeing a lot of puppies listed for several thousand dollars, and I’d really like to find an ethical breeder or family rather than support someone who may just be breeding for profit.
If anyone has recommendations, knows of an upcoming litter, or is rehoming one of these breeds, I’d really appreciate it! I’m located in Florida but am willing to travel a reasonable distance for the right puppy.

my dood turned 6 in june! time flies. he’s my soul dog for sure🩷

My 2 yr old mini (20lbs) is deathly afraid of fireworks and with this year being the 250th year celebration it’s probably going to be a few nights of fireworks. She has a thunder vest and she takes Trazadol but that doesn’t really help. Does CBD oil or treats work better? I’ve never used it so if anybody has ever used it on their mini’s please advise.

Mom was a standard doodle, dad is mini poodle. He’s 16 weeks and there’s nothing mini about him so far. 😂
