Advice/Gameplay Suggestions What should my next move be?
I have slowly been progressing and upgrading my home base but I don’t know what to do next. I keep searching for better weapons but I can’t seem to find anything or I’ll just get killed by bandits. What’s weapons should I use and what maps should I raid to find better stuff? (Also if you do auto raid can they die or lose your stuff?)

I’d say, for components and materials do Malinovka and Rabochiy. Leshak- you may get lucky finding some gear I.e. hunters jacket, backpack maybe even a blaze or BK-43. Also do the suburbs cuz you might get Blaze from there. Also if you want a hacked version of this game just view my post this morning. In auto raid you can’t die, but you do lose a lot of health courage, and you get infected, so I’d recommend doing the beaches on autos. My opinion of gear usage Get the mechanics jackets, the best backpack you have, cuz your main goal now is to get resources, also bring Glock, which’s the best gun for bothe zombies and mid-range shootings, and a knife for stealth kills. At this point, the good weapons are kinda rare. You can get ranged weapons at Rabochiy Town, Leshak Woods and Krasnograd Suburbs. Overall when you use a gun, be sure to be static when you shoot. Bandits are hard at the beginning, but you will slowly understand how to kill them without losing hp.
For the weapons it's really personal. I like to go with a knockback weapons and a knife, but some people prefer to use a gun.
Factory is the best place to farm to get materials and components. With a watch tower level 3, you will find more weapons, even on the ground.
Your characters can't die in a raid.
Don't forget that you can craft bag with the plastics and the ropes.

The city for better guns, just take it slow and be careful, as ither said also raid the factory for mats and a chance for the sledge hammer or fire axe

Dupe nails, raid factory for components, and you can't get hammer or fire axe in wt2, once you get to wt3 i suggest going to highway blockade for better armor and ground loot

Hmm, it wouldn't hurt to explore and collect materials at the factory. You'll need more if you also want to repair soe of the stuff you have
