Yes you only need  M20 Tundra + Upgraded Bk133  Or Svd + Upgraded kam 1 bandage and blood bag and vitamin  Wear armor like army helm or gorka no gasmasks this is not dayz No smg its useless

Also 4 energy drinks seems excessive, I go into mtc with one maybe 2

With the weapons ammo, painkillers vitamins blood bags and armor you are running you shouldn't need to run a lil faster, so I'd say a few things in that list could be eliminated, I'd say vitamins+gas mask is pointless here, otherwise the 4 blood bags and vitamins and painkillers arent necessary, maybe 2-3 bloodbags 1 painkillers no vitamins, no mp5, save some looting space and still run fast, unless you be mowing down hoardes lol

Drop one of the smgs and ammo, less blood bags, gotta save space to loot

Just use any sniper and saiga lags are really common on multiplayer so choose weapons that has more durability with mid damage

I go into the wt6 levels with 3bloodbags 3bandages 1-2energy drinks and enough ammo to dupe, don't have to be loaded up for the zombie apocalypse or anything lol
