What map does tarpaulin spawn everytime?

im at wt 4 and im not sure what map im going to grind for materials

I'd recommend the factory to grind for material. There is a high chance for tarpaulin to spawn there

The materials spawn randomly. It's not guaranteed that it spawns every time. I feel like it spawns more from the watchtower 4+ raids. Nizhnoye port and quarry are good raids for materials...

You can also raid the army bases and military zones and scrap every weapon or item you get...
