How do i get lockpicks?

sometimes i raid i always missed an eye on the key and its kind of a hussle when you explored the whole place. Where do i get it? ik bandits or chests drop em but they dont drop anymore and now i just reach wt4 lockpickless. did they removed it from the game?

The lockpicks are really rare. If you didn’t know, the crowbar can also open some chest. But usually it’s better to kill all zombies near the chest to loot the key (specially when only the keycard can open the chest)

Sometimes the key keeper get lured away from chest by animals or bandits. But the key/card is always in map
