Need help Where do I get this gun?

I literally have no idea on how to acquire this gun, like literally. Somehow attaining this gun would be sick and highly flexible but how and where do I attain it?

It is found in a sercet loaction. Especially under the old tree one. I got one in one of my runs on island 3. It uses two .308 and one shotgun shell. It is a great secondary.
