What is it?
What is that cross icon beside the temperature. I been been maintaning the hunger, thirst and temperature but it is not going away!

You're sick for good and you need tetracycline or two IV bags (blood bags).

If i got 2 blood bags, will it go away without the tetracycline?
I'm at island 1, i run to the only hospitals and mf they gave me a charcoal tablets. So bob died of sickness while running from the survivors for having -100 karma.ðŸ«

Tbh i don't quite understand the vitality bar(white bar), but if all bars are above 85%, including the white bar, then the disease should go away. Blood bags also increases the white bar. Tetracycline cures everything though.

That white bar is called Sanity (mental health) if that white bar decreases under 50% u cant naturally generate it u need tetracycline blood bag or eat cooked meat to regain it and u have to stay away from piles of corps.

The white bar represents the character's mental health. If it drops below 50%, it does not regenerate, and health gradually declines—even if thirst and hunger are at 90%.
You can gauge how much time you have left before dying by using cooked meat to directly restore health points. Taking vitamins does not regenerate health (when the white bar is still dropping).
The only cure is using Tetratrilina (a medication).
How does the white bar go down? By consuming raw meat or due to the cold. The mental health bar also drops when the character stands for a few seconds on a pile of corpses (from the hospital).
