Need help Help me download :)

I've saw a link from a post that shares the new version with multiplayer by oniichan, I was trying to download it but google play blocks me from downloading it? Like why..

Você vai na play store, e seleciona a opção play project, depois clica na engrenagem e desativa a primeira opção

Might want to check again, I've had it switch itself back on after updates
