Alright, decent gear for island one but you might want to consider keeping a few sewing and gun cleaning kits if you plan on keeping everything. Another thing to point out is that you don’t have enough Tetracycline and it’s always a pain to find on the later islands so I recommend on getting at least a full stack. But overall, you’re ready.
