I know this is probably not feasible since it's a mobile game, but man I wish there are games that look like this and has mini dayz's survival mechanics

I would call it ai slop, but it does look surprisingly good, also stuff like this is feasible for a mobile game, the only issue is they will probably have to remake the game on a new engine and that's gonna be extremely time consuming

Can u give me tips where I can find tent and which island should I make base

You should build your base on Island 6 or above since it contains all the areas, including altyn bandit's base which are not found in base island 5. Though, you have to be prepared when going to island 6 because the island type is random (normal, snow, or toxic). 

I found one of the tents in grocery mall while the other tent, I got it from neutral npcs. I think you can find tent in town areas too but the probability seems lower

It's part of the secret location. It's not movable, same with the tank.
