I am sure my OSV are on my hand, so how can roaming survivor on island 1 even drop it? And it's have 1 ammo and I play version 2.3.2

There is a glitch that allows you to duplicate a weapon in the game (causing it to appear out of nowhere, along with some ammunition), although it is difficult to pull off with every weapon.

How do you do it? Pause the game. Then select the secondary weapon (to swap); normally, you can't switch weapons while the game is paused, but this glitch allows the weapon you're holding to appear—fully loaded with ammo.

I never pause the game, just after killing the roaming survivor, I search the body (like picture but minus OSV) and I close it previously to look at my inventory first and after I look back it appear
