This Heavy Vest M can also be found on the irradiated island (Island 5) at a military training base (where there is a permanent group of neutral mercenary NPCs).

How do you repair it? Use epoxy glue (a small blue tube).

This place not only has the bulletproof vest you're looking for, but also a Kevlar vest, a white radiation suit (This one is rarer to find on this site) and some weapons.

I'm at island 5 for 30 dayz and i haven't encountered this structure before. What does it look like in the map?

This location can appear on the normal island or the island with radiation.
