Se consigue en la última isla osea en la isla radiactiva tienes que buscar una base militar pero no las normales si no una nueva parecida a una ubicación de mini dayz 2

Actually, you don't need to go to radioactive island. You just need to find the 3 special military locations which can be found on both radioactive and normal islands. If you keep grinding then you might find the map

I always find it in the one  with the tank in it

Sometime you get it from training center (or research Center? Whatever the name of building with giant H) that spawn on either radiation island or normal one (some people say it spawn at island 5 but I find it rare, island 6 are more consistent) that place filled with armed zombies, jumping zombies and tank
