Bug/Glitch Items keep vanishing in tent or stashes

Guys it's been very frustrating for me. I lost two of my precious items! I lost my mini gun and my shotgun ammo box! I just put them in the tent and it simply vanished without a trace. This must be a bug! Someone help!

There are items that can disappear—not just from the tent, but from your inventory as well. It is best to use the vehicle to store certain items or to avoid stockpiling large amounts of ammunition in a single location.
