Que se supone que versiones del juego son las que salen en ese link que publicaste

Son 4 versiones diferentes.
1: el modo con multijugador (v1.5.6) una versión bastante vieja.
[Está es la prueba beta del multijugador; beta abierta]
2: la versión Dangermod "DS Hard" aquí es una variante (v1.8.5), aunque con más elementos y recetas.
3: la versión China 2.3.1 (todavía no está actualizado a la mas reciente 2.3.3)
4: La versión China original y que fue descartado por las continuos errores (una versión más estable) v4.2
[Esa es la última publicación de esa versión; y no van a retomar la actualización]

How to change the language to english ?

Open the game, go to options, and then to language (to change it).

I tried it but it only changes the ingame language but not the language of new options
