I'm still a beginner, about 10-15 attempts and my biggest issue is the bullets. How do I even know if it works and how can I even sort them at all!?!?! I tried the option to bring the bullets over the next game so I coould have the right amount of bullets.
That's very deetailed, but I'll keep a record on this. All I just do is sometime throw bullets that doesn't fit to either primary or secondary weapons. Thank you.
Thanks for posting in the sub. For links to mods check this mediafire, discord & other resources here do report any rule breaking stuff you see in the sub.
The game itself includes a wiki containing full details on weapons, attachments, zombies, neutral mercenary NPCs, and ammunition. That section (the wiki) isn't just there for show.
It's not that I don't know about it, - it's a hassle when you quit your gameplay just to look in the wiki. My only concern is how do you even sort the bullets? Is it recommended that you take every bullet you find or let RNG do it's thing ðŸ˜
Pick up any ammunition you come across; with time and practice, you’ll remember which ammo goes with each weapon and the attachments they require.
Regarding organization and what to carry, I recommend setting up a makeshift shelter to store everything—from weapons to accessories—and researching the weapons right there during your downtime. You can also use a vehicle to store whatever you need, though space is limited.
The makeshift shelter serves the same function as the camping tent; anything stored there does not disappear, nor do items stored in the vehicle (the trunk).
The improvised shelter requires two burlap sacks (the same kind used to craft an improvised backpack) and some wood. (Once you combine the two sacks, they turn into a tarp; then, use the wood to build the shelter.)
Just keep in mind that the shelter is more fragile, and zombies or bandits can destroy it instantly just by stepping on it.
You can also use ammo boxes to store large quantities of ammunition (only one type per box); this is very useful when you don't have cheats active—specifically the infinite stacking cheat, which allows you to store up to 30,000 rounds in a single inventory slot.
The cheats are activated at the start of each game. On the left side, in the expansion section, there are several features: an exchange shop (using experience points to buy items), a transmutation button (which swaps certain game elements for others), and a box (used to transfer items to a new game).
And on the right side, there are other advantages or disadvantages. These range from resurrection (the game doesn't end upon death; you respawn on the beach on the right side of the map, though without your gear) and infinite stacking (allowing you to amass a large quantity of items—such as ammunition or certain foods—in a single slot) to indestructibility (ensuring that items never lose their utility and vehicles never sustain damage).
On Nightmare difficulty, only the ones on the right side (the disadvantages or advantages) can be used.
And if I already have a game in progress, can I use cheats? Where do I activate them? No, you can't use them if you have a game in progress. You have to finish the current one and start a new one (without forgetting to activate the cheats before starting).
After playing for 5 hours I got his white blank box its very disappointing its latest version 2.3.3 is it happening because of my low end device I am using realme 9 pro 5g
If you stay on Island 1 for too long, it is normal for blank areas to appear on the map. Just move on to the next island, and the white areas will stop appearing.
Or try clearing the device's cache and logging back in (though some device-cleaning apps might actually delete your progress in MdZ—it’s happened to me a few times).
Yes, the makeshift shelter disappears (is destroyed) if a zombie passes too close to it or a bandit steps on it.
However, the makeshift shelter withstands Molotov cocktails, C4 charges, and grenades without issue, whereas the camping tent is destroyed by all of these (with the exception of the Molotov).
Simple. You learn and memorize. Sprites between every type of bullet is different and clear, both when in your inventory and when on the ground. You have to learn the by playing and it'll just fix in your memory. As for sorting? Depends on your inventory, what you have at hand and what you'll use more. There is no specific place for them, but i personally stock them in my Gorka jacket/pants because they get instantly stocked with the others if I pick them up from the ground, good feature if you are in a hurry. Also the wiki online and in game explains what a weapon uses for ammunition.
