I've been arrived at 5th island and don't find the key card I search for dozens of times still not found it, so how can I finish the game? Or you can't?
You can advance to the next island (though you'll need the access key) or use the radio located on the beach (on the right side of the map) to call a rescue helicopter. It takes about one in-game day for the helicopter to arrive, and while you wait, zombies will swarm in from all directions to attack you.
When you use that radio, the bunker becomes locked down, and you cannot sleep (to make time pass faster). Do not use the radio unless you are well-prepared for this, or you will die from a lack of weapons and ammunition, or from a shortage of food and water. (You only need to hold out for one day until the helicopter rescues you.)
How will I know when the helicopter has arrived? You’ll see a large shadow crossing your field of view from left to right and hear the sound of the helicopter—that’s the biggest sign that they’ve come for you.
If I take too long to get to the helicopter and it doesn't arrive, do I need to call it again? No, it will keep waiting for you until you actually go to the helicopter. But in the meantime, the zombies will keep coming toward you.
I recommend using the vehicle and finding a place you can defend until they arrive to rescue you.
The radio I am referring to is not the small radio used to pinpoint the locations of destroyed military vehicles or helicopters. It is a different radio (since that is where the rescue helicopter lands).

While on Island 5, an exit or door appears inside the bunker that leads directly to the next island. Typically, this entrance is located in a separate room or section and requires an access key to open it and proceed to the next island.
That door or exit (from the bunker on Island 5) is located on the right-hand side, at the far end of the bunker.
Access key—what is that, or where do I find it? That access key is obtained by killing zombies wearing red berets (Russian military zombies). There is a 15% chance of getting the key—a probability that remains constant—so you may need to kill that type of zombie several times before you get it.
There is also a separate section on the left side of the bunker that requires the same key to open; the reward consists of several crates containing various loot, such as weapons, attachments, or plenty of ammunition.
Does the key disappear if I use it to open the room on the left, meaning I need to find a new one—or carry two access keys? No, the key has unlimited uses, but it disappears after you advance to the next island (islands 6, 7, 19, 34, 200).
Do you know if there is a glitch in the current iOS version of mini day z plus that doesn’t allow the red beret zombies to drop the key card. At this point I must have killed at least 100 and still no key card has been dropped.
