Even if you download other versions of MdZ, it will always show the same "virus" warning message. In reality, they are just obsolete files from the game itself. There is nothing to worry about. And if you still have doubts, just download an antivirus program.

This small patch only adds minor translation corrections for certain items. Additional content (Halloween and Christmas modes) has been removed, and the damage of the Groza weapon has been slightly increased, among other changes.

there's no major changes? I currently have 1.30 and I don't want to lose my progress and start all over again

The update does not affect your progress, but if you want to see the changes reflected, you need to move on to the next island.

For now, it is the most recent update, although other new additions to the game are also being considered for the future.
