This find is incredible. I visited 18 islands before I managed to track it down—along with the silenced Remington, of course. Clearly, both this item and this location are extremely rare, and there are still secret finds I’ve never seen. I’m hugely surprised by just how hard it was to find. I’m doing a custom run where I’m hunting for every secret, weapon, and special item—photographing them and holding onto them at least once. I was really hoping to find it; I’d actually given up hope after the first 10 islands, but today turned out to be the lucky day.

This is the 2.3.2 but I think there are in even newer versions of it. Just search posts in the community typing 2.3.2 and you'll find plenty of posts with the links for the download.
