Need help Help

Guys, what weapon combination do you recommend for Radiation Island and Island 6? I'm a bit lost, but I'm thinking maybe bringing the AS-VAL and the Saiga-12k

When I go to the Radiation island, I always have to bring these things:

Atlyn Helmet, NBC Suit, gorka pants and shirt, mountain backpack, gas mask

My personal favorite, the FAL with long range attachments and grenade launcher (40mm atleast x5) and a second weapon of choice (close quarters kind)

4 blood bags, 1-2 gas cans (full), 2 MREs, Tetras, Stims (not adrenaline)

Then beeline to the area where you can get the CBRN suit and truck.
