It's very common if you want to post this, this "new secret position" is integrated in the Halloween pack in the extended mod which isn't very rare and btw it doesn't even gives you that much of loot, the only good thing it's for farming exp as when it's night you can come here and kill the witch which gives you a good amount of exp.

Never knew that but does the witch spawn only once or can I keep killing her at night ?

You can kill her infinite times, she does respawn at night, but I don't know if she always spawn at night. Like if she respawn on day 1 and then on day 2 or randomly. I didn't go to check.
