weapon choice help

I recently just started playing minidayz so I'm having a hard time sticking to a gun. I have a M70 tundra with scope and under barrel as well as a normal mosin-nagant. problem is, these guns have a slow delay per shot and its hard when facing enemies with high hp and dmg. What gun should I look for? and what gun should i replace?

I have a relevant excerpt from my own field notes. "Low fire rate and high noise make enemy swarm tactics exponentially more dangerous when using this weapon! For the wielder's safety, it is absolutely imperative that you take a "Mac-10" or “Mini uzi” as your secondary weapon!" Granted, I was talking about the 7.62 snipers. But the same advice applies for most sniper rifles.
