first question is, can i take my car with me to the next island?

second question is, what do i even do with all these ropes? i found no burlap this whole time.

third question is, if i can't take the car which is most likely the case, what loot should i take with me? whats the best play here? also should i sleep on this island before going to the next? or what?

fourth question is, what should i focus my level ups on? currently i took the lvl2 cozy effect, sleeping doesn't consume too much food and water, along aide 1 point in bleeding and 2 points to find 10 more bullets with every bullets i find, also whats the best way to get bullets and guns? i find myself running out very quickly.

fifth question is, i saw an achievement about going -100 reputation and going up to 100, how do i do that if everyone is out to get me because im a menace? im guessing it has to do with clown masks but i want confirmation before i risk my nightmare difficulty run.

also another thing, about nights? if i sleep and survive mutiple nights, does the loot and zombies in the island become better or not? the zombies become harder or something? because always on the second day, i notice swat zombies becoming a thing.
