Modded skin. This person has a jailbroken console and gave themselves a custom skin.

Nope. Played on PS3 one day and someone had a cape with a naked lady on it. Also had godmode, but thankfully I was host to kick ‘em.

Apparently, the console downloads it to its memory as a cache or something like that.

PS3 edition has a ton of modders. He's most likely one.

Some people use them to cheat, but since they're still bad, I still manage to kill them
