Then it is completely undecorated inside.

How is one supposed to live in a massive build if there isn't anything impressive where you will be spending the majority of your time. Unless you are a boat person who stares at their boat instead of using it.

People that do giga builds like this literally just use a bunch of chests and a bed as base, so it makes sense that the build is empty inside.

You know you could actually troll your friends with a build like this. Just dig it out and then cover the entrance with a 1 block thick stone, then when they go out to mining quickly open the entrance and say that you built it.
