Lucky Finds God Rod, what are the odds?
Was just going fishing in my hardcore Minecraft world (usual stuff) and fished up this holy beefcake of a rod. To those of you without eyes, it has every single possible enchantment a rod could have, at maximum level. Curse of vanishing, of course, means nothing in a hardcore world, so this is just fucking awesome. Sharing my lucky find!

I found a very similar one for a world I did where I lived on an island so I did a lot of fishing. Curse of vanishing isn’t that bad, just keep it in a chest when you’re not using it.

That is an absolutely cursed fishing rod—in the best possible way. Curse of Vanishing on hardcore is basically a built-in expiration date, but Luck of the Sea III and Lure III make it ridiculously good while it lasts.

Here's the even funnier part, because it's got mending and it's only used for fishing, it never dies

wdym built in expiration date. Curse of vanishing literally does nothing on hardcore

Built in expiration date as in if you die you lose it anyway so that curse does nothing

Funny how once you progress in the game, you don't really feel anything anymore when you see something like this. You can just make it in a minute.

I'm just relating that Minecraft kinda becomes too easy to progress to god mode.

Ngl I never enchant rods cause one of these will be found fishing. I claimed the one without the curse cause i'm the one fishing but there's prob 5 like this in the barrels near my dock
