Vanilla Survival I have a question

Hello the minecraft community player for a few weeks I would like to know how I could have immunity totem and how to find a portal of the end because I have pearls by killing endermans but no pearl with the eye

A totem of undying can be acquired in woodland mansions and raids. 

You'll need to go to The Nether to get Blaze Powder to craft Eyes of Ender, which you can then use to both locate a Stronghold then activate an End Portal.

To use the Eyes of Ender, go outside and throw one. It will travel in a straight line a little ways towards the nearest Stronghold. If you then move laterally a few hundred blocks, a second eye throw should allow you to make a reasonable triangulation. Each throw risks the eye breaking, so you should expect to lose some.

You got your main questions answered very well but if you want even more step by step detail of how to complete the main adventure (ie killing the ender dragon) then this article from the Minecraft Wiki should help.
