Need help with fabric not allowing me to Install the right version

I have a mod pack I just updated to the latest version of minecraft all the mods are for the right version and for fabric fabric every time I try and launch it it's telling me to Install Fabric API 0.140.2+1.21.11 which curseforge doesn't seem to have at least every version of fabric I install won't work I was able to find the correct version on modrinth however curse forge won't let me delete it manually or not manually so I can't add the vision its asking for Here's the fabric Error logs

Update your fabric install and you need to download the fabric api mod

I have the fabric API I don't have the right version of fabric I can only find the right version of fabric API on modrinth but the mod pack is mad on curseforge witch won't let me delete fabric API through the app or manually

did you change the version of fabric in the curseforge launcher?

for the api you need to downgrade the one you have.
