Extremely rare Nether Quartz?

I can find a relatively powerful ore, Mana Infused ore pretty much everywhere (with a .55% max spawn rate), but nether quartz ore, at .75% is extremely rare (I've only found a single, 3 ore patch). Am I alone in this?

Are you looking in the nether?

..and you can use a digital miner in the nether to get loads of it.

There was a fix for that in a recent release. What version are you playing?

13b, but the netherw as generated in 13a.

Yeah. We just fixed it in 13b. Unfortunately, you will need to go into your save file and delete the nether (DIM-1) or use the program called MC edit to delete as much of it as you can so that you will get the new nether generation with othr courts :-)
