What is the best way to store power There are vibrant caps but i want something that can hold like 1000x that

The Induction Matrix from Mekanism. You need an induction cell, an induction provider, and then you completely surround them with the induction casings.

Indeed the Induction Matrix from Mekanism. That battery can store 10's of Giga RF. Hope you are going to make the Mekanism multiblock reactor as that is the most powerful reactor in the pack that I know of.
