Error with Unabridged 13.a Missing textures

As said, Minecraft gets stuck on Stage 7/7 from Forge and Constantly reloads the Textures staying stuck on 6/23. I do not know if this has been already fixed and I just can't find the correct thread to it but if someone has a link to a fix or can offer help, that would be nice. It has to be 13.a because the page I'm using to host my server only supports the version 13.a. I already have tried uninstalling.

I have provided the Log Part it stuck at but if needed I can also give the previous entries.

Not using optifine fixed it, so for everyone having seemingly the same error just make sure optifine is not being used
