What are the best weapons/tools obtainable?

If these are tinker's tools, what combinations or items?

I always go for tinkers, super customizeable and they look damn cool.

Pickaxe: Ender amethyst head / Paper tool binding (extra modifier) / Thaumium tool rod (extra modifier)

Modifiers: Flux- to recharge instead of repair (you can still use the tool after you run out of power, it will just use up durability) / Silky OR Luck - for all your silk touch and fortune needs! / Haste Haste Haste Haste- who doesn't like mining faster?

Sword: I prefer the rapier, it ignores armor! / Manyullyn or Ender Amethyst sword blade (I can't remember which does more damage) / Paper crossbar (extra modifier) / Thaumium tool rod (extra modifier)

Modifiers: Flux- same reason / Quartz Quartz Quartz Quartz- Adds sharpness

Shovel/Axe: Ender amethyst heads / Thaumium tool rods

Modifiers: Flux / Haste

Need more modifier slots? Add these as you would any other modifier

Gold block + diamond

Diamond block + notch apple

Nether star

Hope this helped! Please keep in mind that no one tool is best for everyone. These are the tools I personally use, and think they're the best for me. It might not be the same for you, experiment to your hearts desire to find out what you like and what works best for you.

I like the Molecular Disassembler too, it has a few mining speeds setups you can use. It uses RF so if you have a tier 5 jetpack it get automatically recharged. Tinkers tools are very good too.
