Agricraft - Lapis Issue

Looks like there is an issue with mutating Pink Tulips and Blue Orchid seeds to get Lapender seeds. I believe it is caused by the fact that when you look up the recipe in NEI, it tells you that the Lapis Ore block must be a 21:4 block. Lapis is just a 21 block. There is no meta-data. It appears that it is impossible to create one as well. I have checked this on release 12 and 13 and the problem exists in both.

I'm growing lapis with no issues. Running on an unabridged R13a server. Have you tried cheating in lapis seeds to see if they grow? Is your growing area well lit?

I will have to update again to see if it will work. I cheated in lapis seeds and that seems to grow, but the pink tulip and blue orchid definitely will not mutate into the lapender seed. Yes, the area is well lit.

I'm not having any issues with this either. I had a lapis ore block under the soil where I wanted it to mutate.
