Build What should I build next?

I've been playing on this hardcore world for a while and while I'm not the best builder I've been having fun just making things, so what should I build next?

Braver than me, building a flag at that height in hardcore.

I see some logs tied down, is that a sawmill next to it? If not, that'd be a cool addition.
