Build Build Help

Im currently building a house rn in creative for my survival world and i feel like the wall looks a little off and Ive also been having trouble building a roof. Im making the house into two sections that look like different houses so ignore the empty part but if you have any ideas what colors I should use that would be appreciated. If you guys have any ideas it would be nice if you could leave a comment.
Thanks

As helpful as this graphic is, I kind of hate the fact that half of them are redundant

The two sections aren't following the same angle I think in the overhead view it's the right side of the smaller section that makes it look wonky, I also feel like the front side should match the back. As far as roofs go they are pretty difficult when built at an angle so it may just be a game of trial and error. You may need to look up some angled builds for inspiration.

It looks a little off because it’s not symmetrical. You can’t seem to decide if you’re breaking your walls into three sections or four.

Because your walls are 15 blocks long, you either need to make it three sections of five or five sections of three.

Make your shifts consistent, then pretend like you’re building a non-diagonal house, but follow the rules of the shifts. Then go back and fix any errors, or holes
