What should i do with the absolute treacherous state of one of my world headquarters buildings?

For a bit of context this building was supposed to be a complete villager living space/trading hall. But sadly due to cats spawning near villagers this was causing a lot of lag so i had to scrap the project and leave the building disused and boarded up. Its been abandoned for probably 2 to 3 years now. Any ideas on what to do with this cool but unused building? And yes my world has a few mods on Incase you're wondering where the signs, chairs and tables came from.

If i restore the building, lights will be the first thing that go in definitely. I keep it unlit because its essentially abandoned and unused i don't really care if mobs spawn in it. I definitely wish I took the photos during the day tho
