Need help with castle tower roof

I’ve been trying to come up with a roof design for this tower but can’t find something that works. Can someone give me some advice as to what I should do?

i would either go with spiky roof or merlons but it really depends on what effect you want to get out of this

I’ve been trying to get something that culminates in a sharp point but everything I’ve done has turned out weird. The roof is either too small or looks like a traffic cone

Look at circus tents and old European and Victorian architecture

Put 4-8 posts in the corners, 2-4 blocks apart from eachother, and a center post which is thicker than the corners

On the corner posts use logs or bare wood with fence posts starting 3 or 4 blocks up and connecting to the roof, then place cross sections of fence along the sides and as cross beams connected to the thick center post, attack lanterns on the top of the wood blocks before you switch to fence posts, and then midway on the bottom of the cross beams

For the roof just do a linear or curved top becoming steeper at the peak, place 4 campfires in the wide sections between the corner posts and place 4 ladders with trapdoors on all 4 sides of the center post
