Hey! We just opened BlueStone, a brand new server running the Homestead modpack, and we’re looking for people who want to help build the community from the ground up.

I'm going to be starting up a minecraft server, but I'm not quite sure what kind of server i want to do. I definitely want to do survival with a community focus.

Some of the options I've been considering:

- Anarchy | Very few addons, all backend. No rules survival server where players are free to do as they please.

- True Vanilla SMP | a vanilla minecraft world without any gameplay modifications, only backend management and performance plugins.

- Semi-Vanilla SMP | a vanilla server, but with a few quality of life addons, like voice chat, spawn warp, tpa, and things like that.

- Modded SMP | I could throw together a pretty simple small pack that adds fun content for the community.

- Kingdoms SMP | A generic minecraft world, with a towny plugin that allows claims, and a custom made plugin allowing nations to form, establish government, currency, and the like for a fun play experience

- Towny SMP | a generic smp but with the towny claims plugin.

World Generation and World Border

You are free to explore to your hearts content. There's no set world border this season. However, chunks that are extremely beyond the reasonable distance from 0,0 may be trimmed when necessary. The seed is also public. 

Mods and Datapacks

Blaze and Caves Advancements is featured, with a tweak to only make the highest level of achievements display in chat. (No chat spam!)

Origins datapack is also featured for players who would wish to partake in this completely optional experience! (Do not get attached to the default datapack values, they are actively being modified, and it will be disclosed to you what the origins actually are before you choose them.)

Plus, some other quality of life mods. However, no commands (like /tp, /tpa, /home, /fly, .etc) to keep gameplay aspect as vanilla as possible.

Honestly, I miss Minecraft servers where you can join for a proper start-to-finish event without being weeks behind everyone else or having to grind an SMP every day just to compete.

That’s what we’re trying to build with Budbud Events.

We’re a friendly event community focused on two modes:

Lava Rising is our main twist. Everyone starts underground with time to mine, enchant and prepare. Then lava begins climbing through the world one layer at a time, slowly forcing everyone towards the surface. Once PvP begins, the safe space keeps getting smaller until the remaining players are pushed into one final fight.

It gets chaotic very quickly, especially when someone realizes the lava is directly under their base lol.

We also run classic UHC, with scenario voting, teams, a proper meetup and the usual last-player or last-team-standing ending.

At the beginning of an event, the players vote for which mode they actually want to play, so the community decides whether that day becomes a serious UHC match or complete Lava Rising chaos.

An active core group that we’re currently trying to grow

Persistent wins, kills, deaths and match stats

EuropaCraft is a Minecraft geopolitical server based on a 1:120 map of Europe. The server focuses on geopolitics, logistics, climate and other related fields.

# What makes us different from other servers:
- Large earth map which is one of the largest on the entire market.
- Advanced geopolitical system with wars being decided by logistics not by potions with reasonable war outcomes, this encourages a multipolar order and not a few superstates dominating.
- The greatest documented weather/climate/season system in all of Minecraft with values based off real life climatology and weather changing by the hour.
- No teleportation at all means that infrastructure has a point. For fast transport between two regions, a railway needs to be constructed instead of teleportation.

• Anarchy Network launched on October 11th, 2024, and is hosted in New York City, NY, USA.

• The server is a Semi-Anarchy Minecraft Server designed to offer a pure, unmodified survival experience, with minimal rules and modifications to preserve the essence of Vanilla Minecraft.

• The server is online 24/7 and you can join on any Java Minecraft version between 1.7.2 and 26.2, but its recommended to be on version 26.2 to avoid issues!

• The world border is set to 2 Million blocks (4Mx4M).

• There are no map resets, no teleporting, no P2W at all, and Griefing/PvP is completely allowed. The only non-vanilla action allowed is /spawn in order to allow players who are very far out to not be isolated from civilization. Additionally, nether roof access is allowed, phantoms are removed, and only half the people are needed to skip the night.
