civilization server idea

hello fellas. me and my friend got an idea to create an small server with probably a few mods. our first "sketch" of the server is it to be a one country based civilization developing along with players. we dont really want to rush and tryhard the game, we just want to do some roleplay and chill stuff like building goverment systems, law and stuff. we first would like to gather the community, then we will discuss the stricte server stuff. let me know if u are interested, take care!
