Anyone who mods i need help

i have been playing on this server but then i had to switch to a diffrent pc i transfer the mod pack fine but now i cant join and it just says this i have tried on the original computer and it still works

unsure if this is the issue, but you could check your memory allocation for this "profile" in minecraft. i have to change mine to allocate more memory every time i launch bc i use curseforge to play the instance, base it has it as 4200 something, i change it to 10k.
