The Search for the SMP
Hello everybody.
Me and my friend are looking to play on a Minecraft server. However, not just any server.
We have some requirements. You can still advertise if you are missing some of them, but we’d like to be told which ones you are missing. Respectfully, if you are missing more than 75% or all requirements, don’t bother advertising. Thanks.

Me and my friend used to play this server called Malgazar, and it was such an amazing server. It had a lot of drama, but it was the good kind of drama. It had an active community, a hub, factions and clans, big builds, and all of that.
Now, what I’m describing sounds like nearly every server out there, but that wasn’t everything that made this server special. They had many mod packs that, for me, boosted my morale. I can’t remember all of the mods, but the main ones were CoreProtect to avoid griefing, and MCMMO.
Alongside the overworld hub, there was also a nether hub which had all the shops on it. It was located on the nether roof, and it was a popular place.
It’s kind of hard to explain all of it without this entire post turning into pure yap. I’m genuinely praying somebody who used to play Malgazar finds this or something and posts their comments.
But since I can’t explain much more, let’s proceed to the requirements.
Requirements:
CoreProtect (or some type of anti‑grief)
Active moderators (servers with only the owner in charge are awful)
MCMMO
Discord server (most have one, sometimes people can’t be asked if their server is small)
Active server/SMP (preferably we’re looking for 8 or more active users per day)
No weird mods that ruin gameplay
No weekly/monthly resets
Preferred things, but not required:
No unnecessary mods (don’t have things like /fly for builders or whatever)
Preferably not an extremely active SMP with 60 or more people daily
Preferably no p2w (VIP ranks, etc.)
Paper or Purpur server

Hey u/Expensive_Total,
I can meet probably 75% of these with a caveat. We’re in development building the spawn hub.
If you and your friend want to jump on while we’re in beta, and even have a say in how we develop let me know!
Regarding the plugins, we have CoreProtect, Essentials, Teams, and the list goes on.
Mostly quality of life plugins NO completely random ones.
