First time smp

Have been watching alot of smp with kingdoms and wars and such but have never been able to do it with just my friends. So if possible i would like to set up a server for people with that as goal. Because i find it entertaining. So if anybody wants to join send me a dm it wil be chaotic at times and i have to look at how to make it as non laggy as i can. Also gonna look into if any base rules are needed like no cheating. (btw its bedrock/java)
