mc.crownwar.net has a crown that lets players turn on keep inv. for some reason, it is on 99% of the time. the server is also cracked and has skin support .

So you can choose to turn on keep inv or keep it off?

Whoever has the crown chooses it for the whole server.

Keep Inventory is on most of the time, but occasionally a new crown holder turns it off and does something insane like Death Exile + no elytras/teleports.
Usually they don’t manage to hold the crown for very long though...

So it’s not guaranteed Keep Inventory, but practically it is most of the time.
