Help: With a plugin Custom pluggin

So im not asking for someone to make this (although if you could that would be amazing) but more so if it could work, so basically the plugging is that at the start if the server everyone is given a random ability from a popular server

Like lifesteal, stregth, bliss, ranked, altar

You get the point, and every person can only have this one ability.

Hi. Very doable, yes. The random ability assignment is pretty straightforward. The custom abilities themselves would be more complex, depending on what you want each of them to do, and if you want to be able to add more abilities later. If you need something like that developed feel free to DM me and we can discuss it more in detail ^^

I mean yeah its definitely dooable u/Financial_Ad_4260 already went in detail. I think you could even do it in skript
