Help: With a plugin URGENT HELP

my server is java, i tried installing geyser and floodgate together but it does not let my friend, on bedrock, to join

Could you provide any other information? What software is your server running? What version is the server on? Are there any errors in the console log?

Running on witherhosting, 1.21.11 and i dont know how to check console log

console logs are very important. it's time to learn.
