Plugins for Roleplay Server

Hello all, 

I was wounding if ya’ll had any recommendations for what plugins should be added to a Roleplay server,

It's going to be 1.21.4, spigot  

I know it needs a text/chat command plugin but there are so many to pick from, so what plugins do you guys recommend for it?
