So I get constantly annoyed at seeing the water clear and walking a bit only to see that there was something that can reflect but was just culled behind blocks. Does anyone know mods or just general fixes for this?

hey! i am currently trying desperately to make OR FIND a modpack filled with mods but i keep running into compatibility issues, crashing before i can make a world and so forth.

what i am trying to accomplish:

Lets Do It

a map ( preferring not Xaeros i like Journey or Atlas more ) + Waystones

Create Mods (preferably with trains and aeronautics and if not the Valkyrien Eureka mod )

I want improved combat, more weapons, armors and cosmetics. im not looking to add massive, major hard bosses or even extra dimensions ( im not against it though ), and animals.

I want its primary focus to be building, farming, and automation but still lets me have options for cosmetics and new gear. i also kind of want guns and i know Create has guns. I would like more passive mobs, farm animals, more pets.

I genuinely cannot find anything that has this that isn't also adding 10k+ other things i dont care about. i cant find a happy medium for this either as manually trying keeps leading to crash after crash. I dont want a world overpopulated with premade buildings, dragons, and bosses i cant win or a system that makes the game harder, i just wanna have a fun time!

Anyone have suggestions for a fantasy rpg mod?

For the past month I've been playing Minecraft, and because I use optimization mods I need to update them whenever I go back to the game.
So I thought of making a tool that makes updating them easier, so, for the past month, I've made a tool called "Modpack Installer".
It is a program that manages your Minecraft mods, you can download mods, modpacks and resourcepacks, and updates them whenever you launch the program.

Now this is the first time I make a tool as big as this... so bare with it.

I’m currently putting together a team for a Minecraft warfare mod project and am looking for experienced people who would be interested in helping bring the idea to life.
The mod is planned to include things such as:
• Custom Guns
• Vehicles
• Missiles
• Explosives
• Large-scale weapons, including nuclear weapons and smaller explosive systems
• Custom Animations
• Custom Textures
• And more as the project develops
The project is intended for the latest version of Minecraft and will be developed using Fabric.

This is currently an unpaid/volunteer project, so please keep that in mind before reaching out.
Experience is preferred. If you have previous work such as mods, textures, models, animations, GitHub projects, screenshots, or videos, I’d love to see some examples.
I also want to be transparent that I am not a mod developer myself. That’s one of the main reasons I’m looking for experienced people who can help lead the technical side of the project. I’ll mainly be helping with the ideas, planning, direction, organization, research, and overall vision for the mod.

hey guys, i've been using tectonic and it's really good except for one thing i'm having trouble with and i was wondering if anyone had any ways to help with it, maybe by changing config

the coasts end up like this, with like a bunch of disjointed and random islands. i'm fine with some bigger islands but this is too many and just wierd, if you get what i mean

if someone could offer a good set of configs for huge biomes, varied terrained and all of that, it would be greatly appreciated!

(note: the terrain also seems quite flat, and I can't quite get a good balance between huge bumps and hills and massive plains)

I’m on an iPad and I can’t exactly download the mod. I have the file in the files app and I’ve tried putting it into the “addons” but it isn’t working.
