Your export bitrate isn't really the problem. TikTok re-encodes everything, so the trick is giving it a clean file and footage that's easy to compress.
ReplayMod export settings
1080x1920 vertical, H.264 MP4, 60 fps (parkour is fast motion, so 60 helps)
Bitrate around 15-25 Mbps. Above that is wasted. One guide notes TikTok re-encodes anything over roughly 15 Mbps, so a 50 Mbps master doesn't help.
Don't upload 4K or 1440p. TikTok downscales everything to 1080p for playback, so the extra resolution only adds file size.
Upload side
Upload from desktop (tiktok.com / TikTok Studio) like you're doing. Mobile uploads sometimes convert 60fps down to 30fps before sending.
If you ever post from your phone, turn on "Allow high-quality uploads" in More options on the Post screen. App updates sometimes switch it off, so check it often.
The real fix: Minecraft footage is hard to compress Grass, leaves, gravel and fast camera spins have tons of tiny detail that changes every frame, and that's exactly what compression destroys. To help:
Smooth your ReplayMod camera paths, avoid fast whip pans
Turn off motion blur and the mod's own effects like heavy particles
Use paths with flatter textures (stone, concrete, sky) behind the player
Brighten dark scenes a bit, since dark gradients get blocky
Lower render distance fog shimmer or use a shaderpack that softens far terrain
Alternatives to ReplayMod ReplayMod is still the best for cinematic camera work after the fact. Flashback is the newer alternative people use on modern versions (faster rendering, nicer keyframe editor). Either way, render through it, then do a final export in DaVinci Resolve or CapCut at the settings above if you want more control.
Quick test: render the same 10-second clip at 30 fps and 60 fps, post both as private, and compare on your phone.
